Personal Information includes your name, email address, phone number, photo, date of birth, and personal identification number which you submit to us through the registration process at the Site.

We may track this information using cookies, or small text files which include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to a user’s browser from our servers and are stored on the user’s computer hard drive. These tools are used to analyze and process user-provided content—such as resumes and profile details—to extract relevant information and provide personalized suggestions.
As part of this process, we may transmit full resume content to OpenAI or similar providers. This content may include personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or other resume details. This data is used only to support the requested functionality (e.g., resume parsing, profile suggestions) and is not retained by the AI provider beyond the scope of the request, in accordance with OpenAI’s data usage policies.
All data is transmitted via secure, encrypted API channels. We do not authorize AI service providers to use your data for model training or other purposes beyond your interaction with our platform.
We will notify users where AI systems are used and, where applicable, give the option to opt out or use alternative manual inputs. As our AI integrations evolve, we may expand the types of data processed (e.g., behavioral or location data) to improve recommendations.
